Review of From Paris with Love (2010) by Peter W — 13 Apr 2011
The only redeeming feature here is a brilliant central performance from John Travolta. His performance, and his perfomance alone, acts as a cunning disguise for what is ultimately a plotless mess. It is just loads of action pieces thrown together, plus a dash of predictable twists, and you have yet another Luc Besson B-movie on the big screen.
And do you know what's even more pathetic than the cheesy Pulp Fiction reference? I actually quite liked this film. What does that say about me?
