Review of From Here to Eternity (1953) by Millo T — 03 Apr 2012
Surprisingly, I (who expected a movie which talks wonderfully about American institutions), I found a film which attacked to the main two ones, marriage and army, showing all the bad treatments, double morality, corruption and people don't focusing on their duties.
Good actings (Kerr, Lancaster, Reed, even Sinatra), specially Montgomery Clift, who impresses me more with each movie and its particular expertise for tormented characters.
