Heather Graham puts alot of effort into her role and accent but can't pull off a cockney hooker. Jack the Ripper is always an interesting subject and the movie is visually appealing. I did enjoty the story and the characters in it but an underdeveloped love story and a pretty much dull experience all round keep it from being anything special.
