All time classic of Stephen Chow. It is my most favorite Stephen Chow movie. I can't keep laughing even after 10 times of watching. You will never forget the dry Matinee, solar torch, super spying chair, child-friendly T-Rex, Regent hostel, tricky pistol, "kill you 3000" and many many more genius comedy quotes.
Besides, the degree of ironic criticism (e.g. bribing in place of execution with RMB 10) to the China politics in the movie reached the highest. It would never be found in any HK movie after 1997.
