Why was this a dud at the box office? Lack of promotions? Wrong release date? Oh boy, one thing is clear though, Fright Night was a 'fun' movie! - which is lacking from nowadays i-take-myself-too-seriously horror movies.
The movie offers a light plot accompanied with great cast such as Anton Yelchin, Colin Farrell, Christopher Mintz, Toni Collete and the breathtakingly beautiful, Imogen Poots as the main character's girlfriend. Throughout the movie, I can't help but get the 'campy' 90's horror movies feels mixes with Buffy The Vampire Slayer episodes. I frickin love this movie!
