Review of Fright Night (2011) by Dawdlingpoet — 28 Nov 2021
This film started off seemingly really quite cliched and predictable but I found myself being mildly entertained by it mid way through. It certainly didn't impress or appeal at first but I'd be lying if I said it didn't amuse me at all, on ocassion.
Towards the end it reverted back to being cliched and if anything a bit too over the top. Also, The CGI felt a little unimpressive but overall its an alright-ish watch, not a good or great one, hence my low rating.
I suppose it may appeal to some teens, though it didn't appeal to me. It had the feel of a TV film.
