Review of Friends with Kids (2012) by David K — 16 Jul 2012

Thank goodness this movie can use the "from the people who brought you Bridesmaids" card. Because Bridesmaids, it is not. Firstly, I really dont like when someone writes, directs and then STARS in the film Jennifer Westfelt!, its all too self indulgent for my liking.

The film is okay, Kirsten Wiig is criminally underused but nice to see her in a deeper sadder role. Adam Scott's character Jason has too many bad points that stops you rooting for him instead of Kurt (the other man fighting for Julie) I didnt care about these characters, there was a few laughs but when Megan Fox sticks out as a higlight for you, you know the film aint up to much.
