Review of Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984) by Andrew M — 25 May 2008

Now THIS is a 'Friday the 13th' movie! Full of great jump scares, some surprisingly decent actors (a welcome change from Part 3, including guys like Crispin Glover) and a fairly good level of suspense.

Joseph Zito brings a fresh view to a series that was already getting stale in the last entry, and it's great to see Tom Savini back doing the gore and make-up effects. It's a wonderful 80's slasher Big Mac.
