A guy can come to have a good time without girls all about.

After suffering a devastating injury and being raced to the hospital, Jason Voorhees springs to life and begins taking out hospital workers on his murderous trail back to Crystal Lake. Once at the lake, he starts another killing spree of anyone he so happens to come across. Can anyone stop Jason?

Joseph Zito, director of Red Scorpion, Missing in Action, The Prowler, Invasion USA, Abduction, and Delta Force One, delivers Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter. The storyline for this picture is standard classic 80s horror involving the killer that can't be killed. The plot is straightforward, the kills are solid, and the acting is better than average. The cast includes Corey Feldman, Crispin Glover, Kimberly Beck, and Lawrence Monoson.

"If you want to make a fool of yourself, always do it with someone new.".

AMC is in the process of airing all of the Friday the 13th pictures so I DVR'd the ones I had yet to write a review for. I found this fairly entertaining. The kill scenes were good and the script was better than I anticipated. It is definitely nothing special and your standard slasher film but I enjoyed the character and their witty lines so I scored this a 6.

Grade: C+.
