Last time we saw Jason he was trapped in chains at the bottom of Camp Crystal Lake. Unfortunately a kid with psychic powers sets Jason free again (as you would have guessed) and we are ready to watch Friday the 13th The New Blood but it just doesn't live up to Jason Takes Manhattan.
