John Carl Buechler and Kane Hodder made this 8th installment's pretty enjoyable. Actual productive effort in a Jason flick; Kane Hodder been Jason in the more sillier sequels and despite the ridiculous plots, He's the definitive Jason by far.
The story here was originally going to be an earlier Freddy vs. Jason, but instead it's dull-Carrie-knockoff vs. Jason, well him getting his actual ass kicked make this more enjoyable. I like watching the Jason movies and don't treat them like their the bottom of the horror movie barrel, believe me I seen worse.
