There are several things I like about this movie: Jason's look (the best in the series!), the kills, John Carl Buechler on make-up FX and directing, and the introduction of Kane Hodder as Jason. I love the outlandish idea of pitting Jason against a girl with telekinisis.
Imagine, Jason vs. Carrie. Although not as good as it would have been uncut with all the gore fully intact, Also features the best kill of the entire series: The sleeping bag kill. Simple, classic Jason.
