Review of Friday the 13th Part III (1982) by Robb J — 05 Feb 2009

And so the franchise rolls on with the third film in the series, this time in 3D. The effects are quite intrusive and often look bolted on, nevertheless this is a fun romp done with a very tongue in cheek approach (the eye popping scene is very funny!) The first ten minutes of the film are a replay of sequences from part one and two and you can't help but think that they were trying desperately to bump up the running time.

The score however is excellent. Ludicrous but fun.
