Review of Friday the 13th Part III (1982) by Linda F — 22 Sep 2011
This is the first film to have Jason wearing the infamous goalie mask. One of the most recognizable pieces of cinema costume in history. So kudos for some level of creativity there. But that's pretty much where it stops.
The 3rd film just like the 2nd starts with the final few scenes of the previous movie, to act as a refresher of sorts. Once the new footage begins it tends to feel like the previous film anyway. Same lake, few of the same characters, same song and dance.
For that I can't give this movie a high rating.
