Review of Friday the 13th (1980) by Therussianator — 10 Apr 2018
This is one of the blandest, simplest slasher flicks I've ever seen. All the big talk about a classic is **** Jason's backstory is pretty original but that's it. It's not scary, the only thing you want is to find out who the killer is.
An it's not a surprise either, because it's not a twist. It's lore, but it's so abrupt, that you don't even bother to pay attention.
