Review of Frenzy (2015) by David K — 12 Jun 2009
Tremendous stuff. It starts with a lovely fly-in over a London that's missing some landmarks, with Tower Bridge opening for the cameraman. Actually the opening scene takes place where the Eye will later be built.
Some cameo businessmen make off colour jokes about rape, and then it's on to some good old fashioned wrong-place-wrong-time innocent-evades-the-law Hitchcock fun.
The horror is horrible, the laughs come from the belly. Bloody good.
