Review of Frenzy (1972) by Serge S — 26 Sep 2008
More gold: another thriller that doesn't let up until the end, a great villain and good acting all around. The nudity seems off but there's nothing really hot about it, it's quite a turn off and in a good sense that you shouldn't enjoy it and it's interesting to see him have that in here.
A questionable man but an innocent one at that framed and on the run the central plot and it unfolds perfectly. Another great movie and you know it. I won't defend it it isn't a classic like his much discussed psycho but it's far better than any other movie about a serial killer at least in a long while.
You know it too, Byron Nichols I'm looking at you.
