So when I first saw the trailer I think I said something like "ya I liked that movie when they called it "Dangerous Minds".". And yes the similarities are there. However, I think that it is an extremely well made film that was told in a better way than I had expected.

There is no one in the movie that is out of place, and I think it does an excellent job telling the stories of various cultures, who are often only seen in a negative light in Caucasian heavy media sources.

See it, and take it for what it is.
