A little nugget of a film but not roasting hot.. Your typical animated film, nothing too new and inventive here. The characters of Reggie and Jake work well together and are well voiced. Keeps pace well with some funny jokes and action.
I always worry that these films will be too slapstick but Free Birds was enjoyable to an extent. Watched it in 3D, effects were average could have been done a bit better in places.
