Review of Free Birds (2013) by Kevin W — 22 Mar 2014
There sure seems to be a big drop off between animation with the Pixar magic and those without. Free Birds is pretty basic. You got your straight guy, your goofy guy, a love interest, they do something silly, they redeem themselves, and learn a lesson in the process.
The impressive part is being able to do it with very little humor. Not just my thoughts, but both of my straight-faced childrens' opinions too.
