Okay, this is not a great film and features many scenes that make the series even stupider than it has ever been, but I still enjoy this film because of its depiction of Springwood as an almost post-apocalyptic wasteland and its further exploration of Freddy's background and origins.
Again, the film is completely idiotic at times and the 3-D parts are just lame, but I still think it was an improvement over Dream Child and I still really enjoy watching it from time to time.
