Review of Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991) by Bernadette C — 24 Mar 2008

This movie was very thin, plot-wise, but entirely entertaining. Freddy was a comic genius but not scary. As with nearly all of the previous movies, I enjoyed the nightmare scenes (the video game one was particularly great), but found the plot hard to swallow.

Freddy having a normal family life with a wife and kid while simultaneously murdering children the same age as his daughter in his basement - seriously? I would have loved to see it in 3D though.
