Terrible movie. I saw this back when it first came to theaters and even though I knew how stupid it is. The series long ago hit self parody territory, but here it's at it's worst. There is a video game-themed sequence that sets the bar so low that the other sequels seem like good horror entertainment.
Cameo appearances by various personalities can't save this terrible sequel.
