The movie made me laugh. Did it scare me? Did it fuck! I was really let down by it. A Nightmare on Elm Street IS my favourite Horror movie franchise and I love all the movies except this piece of crap they call a movie! I am not a very big fan of Jason although I did quite enjoy Friday the 13th Part 1 & 2.
The CGI in this film was just painful. The acting was complete and utter shit. Oh wait, everything in this movie was shit apart from the comic moments. Another aspect I didn't like in the movie was the fact that it isn't faithful to the A Nightmare on Elm Street series.
This is because their is a scene in which a "teenager" gets her nose cut off in her dream yet in reality nothing has happened to her nose. WHAT-A-LET-DOWN! Just avoid this movie completely! It's only worth watching for the final showdown between Jason and Fred.
