Freddy vs. Jason is a pretty solid crossover between two of the longest slasher film.
Series. For Jason it's his 11th film.
And Freddy it's his 8th film. As it opens with a creepy opening and narration by Freddy, a strong speech by Freddy disguised as Jason's mother causes Jason to rise from the dead. The deaths are silly. A stoner is flung in the air a couple meters and flung into the cornfield. WTF. At the end is an awesome fight scene with epic fire stunts. And it shows a neat weakness of the two most known killers. This is a minor scare with a couple shocks. Fans will drop over dead in excitement, but the others will have another ho-hum choppy expierence. I'm in the middle.
