Ronny Yu successfully pulled off a versus movie that was both entertaining and interesting with "Freddy vs. Jason." The story somehow manages to make some sense and the cast were able to hold their own against the likes of Freddy (Jason can't talk, so he's not much of a character).
Overall "Freddy vs. Jason" turned out to be a comic book thrill ride full of the trademark style of Freddy and Jason, fight scenes, and enough blood to suffice any slasher fan. Recommended.
