10 because it makes me smile... This is probably the biggest guilty pleasure movie of all time. Adult Swim fans will find it hilarious. I am pretty sure what happened was they came up with a bunch of the most off the wall insane skits and then just made up some bs story to tie them all together.

If you look at it that way you realize it isn't so bad but if you go in expecting a movie that actually makes sense you will hate it. Oh yeah and Rip Torn is unbelievable in this movie-- probably just as insane as Tom Green or more.
