Meh. Disappointing. The concept is pretty fun but the dialogue is just... not very good. They got the idea down and created an incredibly predictable story around it. There are soooo many tropes and so many lines where I’m sure they thought it was hilarious and clever but there’s a single scene that actually takes advantage of the situation.

And to be fair that scene is hilariously awkward, but otherwise there’s a whole lot of what you’d expect. There aren’t any interesting characters, although the killer is ok and anything Vince Vaughn does is at least well performed.

The first scene of the movie sets unrealistic expectations for the rest of it as well. There’s a single really brutal kill and unique from anything I’ve seen here and nothing really came close. So yeah.

I’ll be honest I did have a decent time with it overall, it’s not a bad movie, but it could’ve been a lot better.
