Review of Freaks (1932) by Filmgrinder S — 10 Feb 2012
Of course, FREAKS' main pull, is the fact that it was banned (in the U.S.) because Browning used people with real deformities. Critics will go on about how it looks into the human side of "the monsters", but the movie is an explotation film made to make money, that's it.
It's a side show and they got my money.
