Review of Frankie and Johnny (1991) by Raji K — 11 Nov 2015
One of my favourite films. Bought it on VHS in the early 90s but forgot about it after getting a DVD player and disposing of my video. Both funny and sad with some of the best put downs and quips you'll ever here.
Frankie - a lonely spinster meets Johnny after he gets a job in the restaurant they both work at, after Johnny is released from prison and starts a relationship together. Must have had a big effect on me as I have got so many put-downs from this film.
