Could have been so much better if the 'Noo Yawk' accents were not so exaggerated -- along with the constant gum-chewing characters. (I have lived in Manhattan most of my long life and can hear the false cadences so that they grate.
) If I hadn't stayed for the latter part of the film, I would have given it a lower rating -- but it does get better despite the stock characters and stereotypical presentations. Ok to watch but kind of sticky.
Not even sure now that I stick by the 4 stars.
