Review of Frank (2014) by Ahmed S — 04 Sep 2014
Frank is highly stylistic and heartfelt. It's a movie that deals with the lost identities of artists nowadays and human beings in general, and it symbolises some of its big ideas in a very simple way.
Michael Fassbender proves again to be one of the boldest and character oriented actors in the world, as he nearly shows his face for less than 5 minutes on screen. And while the conclusion of Frank's journey is a bit predictable, the story was very small and compact yet felt bigger than life itself.
One of the weirdest movies of the year and a special feature that doesn't come to light too often.
