Review of Frank (2014) by Melody Z — 01 Jan 2015
This movie was quite disappointing given the above-average reviews. At first it seemed to be a novel and potentially engaging view of a deeply xenophobic man who has turned his debilitating social anxiety into a quirky band with a frontman who wears a fake head.
However, the story literally goes nowhere and the characters are painfully underdeveloped, leaving you not caring about anyone of them or anything that might be going on and wishing this bizarro extended psycho-drama vignette would end!
