"Frank" is definitely of the quirky sort. Occasionally funny, overall interesting and definitely memorable, it's far from compelling or emotionally engaging yet ranks as an agreeable little dramedy.
Its eccentricity is probably what sets it apart yet doesn't help it break free from occasional predictabilities in the story arc.
