Review of Frailty (2002) by Na D — 08 Jan 2009
I mainly liked this movie because of Bill Paxton's directing. He did SUCH a great job with the way everything was shot. The two young kids did amazing jobs as well, and I was shocked to see all of the stuff they went through.
It's got a very Hitchcockian vibe to it, and I loved the score. I also loved how the film was the cleanest slasher flick I've ever seen. The only problem I have about the movie is that Paxton's character and his kids are religious.
I don't like the thought of God asking a family to kill sinful people, when in life, God loves us all, whatever our sins and will forgive us all if we seek it.
