Review of Four Rooms (1995) by Jared S — 03 Aug 2012
This has four distinct films with common characters throughout. The first one is awful. The Second is okay. Then with Robert Rodriguez third starts it becomes a masterpiece. His segment is so funny that it makes you forget how bored you were before.
Then it closes out with Tarantino's segment. It is a finale that will leave you with a lot to think about. It is funny. Though if you know anything about his situation at that time you will glimpse into a man who has grown tired of his own celebrity.
Anthology films are fun. I wished they made more of them. It should get extra bonus points just because of how original it is.
