A very unknown film for tons of people. Don't really understand why it's unpopular, yet it is. The movie follows The Bellboy on New Year's Eve in a 12 or 15 floor hotel. Tim Roth is funny as hell in this movie.
4 different rooms, 4 different stories, 4 funny situations, and 1 big fuckin' pay off at the end. The only other thing I'm going to say is "If you can't light your lighter 10 times in a row, I get your pinky.
