The product of four first-rate directors (including Robert Rodriguez & Quentin Tarantino) waste their eccentric gifts on a tiresome anthology consisting of two incompetent segments, one so-so segment, and one tolerable segment - all starring a very put-on, grimacing performance from Tim Roth.
