Review of Four Rooms (1995) by Joshua L — 10 Nov 2014
As far as anthology films go, this is one of the more entertaining ones. It's absurd, bizarre, and crazy. Antonio Banderas, Quentin Tarantino, Jennifer Beals, Ione Skye (who takes her top off), and Bruce Willis are all fantastic in their respective shorts (with the best short being the final one, which was directed by Tarantino).
The whole film is anchored by a quirky, fun, memorable performance by Tim Roth as Ted, an unfortunate bellhop who is put through a night of hell as he attempts to keep things in order at the aging hotel he works at during New Years Eve.
