Good flick, great shots of the bronx looking like a warzone, Pam Grier is grand as the Angel Dusted Hooker, Newman as the independent rough old cop, and Asner as the by the books oldtime cop, trying to bring the law back to the wilderness, lots of Homages to High Noon.
