I thoroughly enjoyed this film, it was actually a Hitchcock film I had never seen believe it or not, probaly due to it not being released in Australia. It has all the ingredients the everyman Joel McCrea who gets caught up in intrigue, the what starts of as shaky relationship and turns into romance, the witty dialogue, the suspenseful build up of a tense scene, the quirky characters and the black humor make this a must for fans of Alfred Hitchcock.
In a word classic suspense that only Hitchcock knew how to lay out in front of an audience.
