A REAL science fiction movie! The Id is what causes monsters to be created on a planet by a semi-mad doctor (Walter Pidgeon) and only Leslie Nielsen can stop it! There's intentionally funny lines that are actually funny, the sets and electro-monster are fantastic, and it's based on The Tempest.
Oh, and it has Robby the Robot, who provides gallons of bourbon for a thirsty chef. Need I say more? Oh, and it's smart, too.
