Review of Forbidden games (2015) by Rainer G — 15 Jan 2009
A film of deceptive simplicity and innocence about the effect of death and war on children. It has scenes of incredibly touching sentimentality, and scenes of ghoulish comedy all juxtaposed perfectly to weave a tapestry of what is in a grander sense the most perfect film about the death of innocence during wartime.
