Review of For Your Eyes Only (1981) by Hunter D — 08 Jan 2008
This is probably one of Moore's best outings as 007, at least since "Man With The Golden Gun" (although I enjoy all of the big loud ones in between). John Glen's first Bond picture as director has a story that is lean and simple (for a Bond movie), the car chases are awesome, and the ski scenes are creative and intense.
Bill Conti's music sounds too much like his work on the "Rocky" films for my taste, but other than that it's a solid 007 adventure.
