Review of For the Love of Spock (2016) by Simon T — 09 Mar 2017
Affectionate and well put together documentary about Leonard Nimoy, showcasing his work ethic and the luck and burden of playing Spock. The film is directed by his son Adam, and doesn't shy away from their difficult relationship, fuelled in part by Nimoy Sr's alcoholism and Nimoy Jr's drug dependency.
Essential viewing if you're a Trekkie of course, but also interesting if you're not.
