Although [i]For Love Of The Game[/i] is not one of my favorite movies, it's still an entertaining film. It is directed by Sam Raimi in a very subtle style. Kevin Costner gives a solid performance and so does Kelly Preston.
The way the story is told in the film is very fresh for a baseball movie and this is the high point for me. Baseball is just the background to a touching love story. This movie is a must see if you are a baseball fan or sports fan in general.
