Review of For a Few Dollars More (1965) by Joey P — 10 Oct 2010
Same basic idea as the previous film. Eastwood pretends to align himself with a powerful gang. But his real intention is to collect the bounty on the leader's head. Along the way, another bounty hunter (Mortimer) joins Eastwood, because the task of killing his gang of 30-some-deep is much too difficult for one cigar wielding gunslinger.
The Mortimer character is much deeper than Eastwood's and makes this film all the more enjoyable.
