Review of For a Few Dollars More (1965) by Brad B — 08 Dec 2009
Every bit as good as it's predecessor in this trilogy this movie has all the elements that made the first movie such a startling success with the added bonus of having Lee Van Cleef along for the ride and sharing the spotlight as partner to Eastwood. Although he would appear reprise the role in the next installment, he would play it more as the evil foil than the co-operative partner he plays here.
Note* For trivia buffs out there Eastwoods character in this trilogy is known as the man with no name but in this film it is revealed that his name is Manco!
