Review of For a Few Dollars More (1965) by Terry W — 21 Mar 2010
Such a western masterpiece! In this classic we have the great Clint Eastwood and the no less great Lee Van Cleef plus the wonderfull editing by the master leone, and the fabulous soundtrack from the most inovating genius soundtracker creator of the second half of the 20th century: Ennio Morricone.
Here we have the typical amoral bounty hunters that we usually find in a spaghetti western, but in this movie we also find something that is reminiscient of the film-noir genre(i won´t spoile it). For me this western is up there with The Searchers, The Good The Bad And The Ugly and The Wild Bunch!
