It had a lot more substance than the other food documentaries I've seen. Albeit, thats a bar set pretty low. There's a lot of claims made and specifics, but I wish sources would've been cited.
I liked that it talked about, and showed, solutions and spent a good amount of time on them. I think its worth watching.
